EDMs
Our tool room is equipped with state of the art equipment, starting with CNC Charmilles Wire and Sinker EDM’s. We also offer a Current small hole EDM.
Grinders
In our grinding room we offer some of the most diverse grinding equipment available; from CNC Dedtru grinding, (for high tolerance small parts) to large inserts with tight tolerances on our Kellenberger grinder. ID grinding has no limits with our Dedtru ID grinder, Parker Majestic ID grinder, and ID grinding on the Kellenberger grinder. High tolerance is our specialty, and it all starts in the grinding room.
Mills
We have State of the art Milling machines to get you the best in tolerances and accuracy for all your Tooling needs.
Polishing and Finishes
PFI has qualified metallurgical polishing technicians with over 30 years combined experience in polishing, vapor honing, and EDM surface of all types and grades of metals. This is our focus, and we offer our customers the advantage of our vast experience in medical and industrial mold making and molded product services. From concept to packaging we have the experience and dedication to do it all for you.
