Our tool room is equipped with state of the art equipment, starting with CNC Agie-Charmilles Sinker FO 350, Agie-Charmilles Wire Cut 200 ms and Sinker EDM’s. We also offer a Current small hole EDM.
In our grinding room we offer some of the most diverse grinding equipment available; from CNC Tru Tech Cylindrical Grinder, (for high tolerance small parts) to large inserts with tight tolerances on our Kellenberger grinder. ID grinding has no limits thanks to our dedicated grinding techs and Kellenberger grinder. Tight tolerance is our specialty, and it is supported with state of the art measuring equipment.
We have the latest technology milling machines to maintain the best in accuracy for all your tooling needs. Mori Seiki NV 5000, Fanuc Robodrill and Okuma M560-V.
Polishing and Finishes
PlastiFormance has qualified polishing technicians with over 30 years combined experience in polishing, vapor honing, and EDM surface of all types and grades of metals. This is our focus, and we offer our customers the advantage of our vast experience in medical and industrial mold making and molded product services. From concept to packaging we have the experience and dedication to do it all for you.
For quality control we use the latest in Optical Gaging Products as well as multisensor measuring systems from Quality Vision International. We currently have two QVI SprintMVP 250s as well as a CNC QVI CC-14 optical comparator. With these systems we're able to hold tighter tolerances.
