Our tool room stands outfitted with cutting-edge machinery, commencing with CNC Agie-Charmilles Sinker FO 350, Agie-Charmilles Wire Cut 200 ms, and Sinker EDMs, which exemplify state-of-the-art technological prowess. Furthermore, we proudly present the availability of a Current-small-hole EDM.
Within our grinding room, we present an array of exceptionally versatile grinding apparatus. This encompasses a spectrum ranging from the CNC Tru Tech Cylindrical Grinder, catering to the exigencies of high-precision, small components, to the Kellenberger grinder, used to accommodate large inserts characterized by stringent tolerances. Moreover, our capabilities extend to the realm of ID grinding, where we transcend conventional limits courtesy of our dedicated grinding technicians and the Tru Tech ID grinder. Our distinctive forte in maintaining tight tolerances finds itself ably supported by our repository of state-of-the-art measuring equipment.
The milling domain witnesses the presence of cutting-edge technology, guaranteeing precision par excellence to address your tooling prerequisites. Our roster comprises the Fanuc Robodrill, alongside a pair of Okuma M560-V milling machines, all meticulously calibrated to ensure the utmost in accuracy.
Polishing and Surface Finishes:
Within the realm of polishing and surface finishing, PlastiFormance proudly boasts the expertise of polished technicians whose combined experience spans over 30 years, encompassing proficiency in the domains of polishing, vapor honing, and the refinement of EDM surfaces across diverse metals, characterized by varied types and grades. This domain constitutes our focal point, embodying our core competency. Through this, we extend to our esteemed clientele the privilege of harnessing our extensive proficiencies rooted in both medical and industrial mold production, as well as molded product services. Our capabilities extend seamlessly from the initial conceptualization to the final packaging stage, underpinned by a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Quality Assurance:
In our pursuit of assuring quality, we incorporate the latest advancements in Optical Gaging Products alongside multisensor measuring systems provided by Quality Vision International. Our current repository consists of three QVI vision systems, augmented by 2 CNC QVI CC-14 optical comparators and one manual Coordinate Measuring Machine. These state-of-the-art systems enable us to maintain heightened precision by effectively adhering to tighter tolerances.
Injection Molding:
Our capabilities encompass both the creation and processing of molds, facilitated through our array of Injection Molding Machines (IMMs) spanning a range of 60 to 200 tons in press capacity.
